I had requested a deferred delivery, it was possible, the exchanges with the after-sales service were very fluid and fast. The Naos leather armchair arrived as expected, very well protected and packaged. Simple assembly, everyone finds it superb. I imagined it to be more padded than it is but it is still comfortable, I also thought that the leather would be smoother.
