Delivery, returns and payment methods

Our items are delivered in mainland France and throughout Europe.

We work in partnership with Geodis for shipping, and Chronopost for small packages.

DELIVERY RATES

The exact shipping cost will be indicated in your shopping cart. For your information, the general delivery fees applied for the most common quantities are:

- For the purchase of a single armchair: €50 delivery.

- For the purchase of a footrest or a battery: €15 delivery.

- For the purchase of an armchair and another item (excluding accessories): free delivery!

- For the purchase of two or more armchairs: free delivery!

- For the purchase of maintenance products: free delivery!

Our collaboration with Beeliv allows us to offer you 2 different delivery methods:

- Delivery to the room of your choice: €150 incl. VAT

- Delivery to the room of your choice, with packaging removal: €180 incl. VAT

For islands within French territory and the EU, delivery is by quote. Please contact us by providing your delivery address, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

RECEPTION TIMES and DELIVERY TERMS

Following your order, we will endeavor to process it within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. The delivery time is approximately 10 to 20 working days and cannot exceed 30 working days.

If a delivery time is indicated on the product page, our sales department will contact you by email or phone a few days before your order is prepared.

If no delivery time is specified on the product page, we guarantee delivery of your order within 10 to 20 days.

Delivery takes place after a telephone appointment (ideally by mobile phone) with the carrier, who will deliver to you at the agreed times.

The customer must be present during the time slot and on the day set by the carrier. In case of absence, any additional delivery costs related to the organization of a new passage by the carrier will be borne by the customer.

For standard delivery, it will be at the foot of the building.

The carrier's inability to deliver the Products due to the customer's absence or lack of information regarding delivery may result in payment of additional delivery charges, and/or cancellation of the order by MY NEW DESIGN.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

MY NEW DESIGN disclaims all responsibility for delivery if any access difficulties prevent the delivery of the order, such as a passage that is too narrow, an unpaved road, a gate that is too small, or inaccessible stairs. If the order cannot be delivered, the outward and return transport costs will be borne by the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to check, before placing an order, particularly in terms of size and volume, that the products can be delivered via the normal access routes to the delivery location (stairs, elevator, etc.). The rental of an item, or the request for additional assistance, to enable delivery to the desired location is the responsibility of the customer.

Standard delivery is provided to the customer's home, and at the foot of the building for our customers who live in apartments.

RESERVATION UPON DELIVERY

The Customer (or their representative) is obliged to check the physical condition of the packaging, the number, and the contents of the parcels at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery person.

To be admissible, reservations (damaged cartons, broken products, non-compliant products, etc.) must be:

  • Written: recorded at the time of delivery on the bill of lading or transport document.
  • Precise: similar to a photograph of the merchandise and not exclusively by the packaging, they must clearly describe the damage suffered by the merchandise with the reference or name of the parts concerned and, if possible, the number.
  • Complete: elements reported subsequently cannot be considered.

General reservations such as "subject to unpacking" will be systematically rejected.

The risks of the product are transferred to the Customer upon delivery by the MY NEW DESIGN carrier on the agreed delivery date.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after taking possession of the goods, without justification or penalty of payment (except for outward transport costs, if any). My New Design will cover the return costs.

My New Design is obliged to take back an item in case of delivery not conforming to the order or being defective.

Sale items are neither returned nor exchanged.

If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, products must be returned in their original packaging, in new condition for resale, accompanied by all accessories and instructions in perfect condition, with the original invoice and the return number provided by Customer Service.

Any Product returned damaged, soiled, or incomplete may incur the customer's liability under the conditions of article L221-23 of the Consumer Code.

In case of delivery error or defective product, the buyer may demand:

- A new delivery

- Repair of the defective product

- Exchange of the product for a similar good or cancellation of the order.
