These ranges are similar, but differ in 2 main aspects:
- The finish of the seams,
- The height of the armrests: They are higher for our Vega and Aludra armchairs.
However, the Vega and Antares footrests are identical. The Aludra footrests have different stitching.
The headrest of the Naos is wider, as is the Sirius armchair.

No, all our armchairs are designed with the same quality and materials, whether they are leather or velvet armchairs.
For the Naos, Antares, Vega, and Aludra ranges: You will receive 2 separate packages.
You will simply need to assemble the base onto the armchair. The assembly kit is included in the package.
For other armchairs, it depends on the model, but assembly remains very simple and does not require a handy husband or wife ;) !
Each armchair comes with its assembly instructions and the necessary hardware.
If your purchase does not suit you, you have 14 days to return the product to us. We will cover the return shipping costs.

Subsequently, we will contact the carrier who will arrange a date with you to pick up the package from your home.
The product must be in perfect condition and repacked in its original packaging in the same way it was received.

Yes! Once your order has been placed, we will send your contact details to our carrier, who will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery date.

Yes, of course. To receive samples before purchase, please contact us by email, phone (02 98 02 02 67) or directly via the chat on the website (bottom right) with your contact details.
To do this, simply click on the small box below the price and choose its color.
In any case, you can see all the colors and materials directly on each armchair's product page.
We have introduced variations on the armchairs in our traditional range. For each product available in several colors and/or materials, you can click on the different swatches to view the same product in its various colors. An armchair you are interested in is out of stock: Check its availability in other colors!
An indicator can reassure you if you need to make an online payment or provide personal data.
Look at the top left of your browser: in the website address field, if http ends with an S and you see a small padlock, this means you are on a secure site!
If a site does not use SSL, avoid entering information such as your payment card number or bank login details on the page.
Classic sites that do not have either the HTTPS logo or an SSL certificate are not necessarily dangerous as long as you do not enter confidential information.
My New Design uses HTTPS, the small padlock, and guarantees you completely secure browsing. When you make your payment, you will be redirected to the e-transaction payment platform, a platform accredited by Crédit Agricole.

Customers who enter a Swiss shipping address in their shopping cart will find:
- A cart with prices excluding tax

To obtain a refund of French VAT, your delivery must be to France.
After your purchase, our accounting department will contact you to facilitate this refund.
My New Design, a partner of Global Blue, allows you to have French VAT refunded directly to your credit card or in cash.
The form will be completed online by our services (we will need a copy of your ID).
At the customs office, you will present your completed tax refund form, your passport, your receipts, and your purchases to obtain a stamp on your form.
Upon customs validation of this slip, you will quickly receive the VAT refund (minus Global Blue service fees) on your bank card or in cash, as per your choice.
